• Intake form details you submit, such as name, email, business name, website, workflow notes, and related answers.
• Contact emails you send to our business addresses.
• Basic technical data that hosting providers may process automatically (for example IP address, browser type, and request logs) to run and secure the website.

How we use information

• To review free intake submissions and respond to you
• To deliver the WhichTool assessment and related services you request
• To improve the website and service quality
• To meet basic legal, accounting, and security requirements

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the service. Depending on configuration, this can include website hosting (Vercel), transactional email delivery for intake notifications (Resend), domain/DNS providers, and email hosting. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Payments

If you pay for an assessment, payment is handled by Stripe or another payment provider we nominate. Card details are processed by the payment provider, not stored on the WhichTool website.

Cookies and analytics

The core marketing site does not depend on advertising cookies. Hosting and security infrastructure may set strictly necessary cookies or logs. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a consent choice.

How long we keep information

Intake and customer records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, and handle follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain.

Your choices

Email ben@whichtool.ai to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to any lawful retention needs.

International note

We may serve customers in Australia, the United States, and other locations. Service providers may process data in more than one country. We take reasonable steps to handle information carefully.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
